that implemented the product increased, we developed a
more complex workflow system so as to meet the needs
of large organizations with processes in place for validating
tasks, campaigns, team work and contact management. |
The IRISTools marketing channel management software was born and
has evolved side-by-side with our customers' needs.
We have accompanied many customers in their Internet business initiatives,
acting as technological partners and working to find solutions
to boost internal productivity and improve the final user
experience.
Seeking to optimize production processes, we continued
to work on a system for managing all marketing channels, which met
management needs, both internal and external.
To this end, we achieved IRISTools’ integration with existing
solutions and office IT applications, so that our tool is user-intuitive,
the same environment being used to create campaigns and internal
documents, and to manage contacts. Thus, the number of internal
processes is reduced.
